My Xtreamer doesn't start...

If you are experiencing problems booting up your player it might happen due to several reasons: usually this is an HDMI handshaking issue or a bugged firmware installation.

Always check if you are running the latest firmware. If not, please refer to our main site's download section.

While our R&D is working to fine-tune the players' HDMI performance you can try to connect Xtreamer to your TV using another HDMI cable.

If you need to run the emergency firmware procedure please follow these guide. You can find the list of all the emergency firmware versions here.

It is advisable to unplug the unit for several minutes before running an emergency procedure.
