What payment options are available?


Note: Xtreamer.net WebStore must receive your payment within 10 calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled. Please allow one business day for order processing after we receive your payment.

You can currently pay only by Credit Card. Accepted credit cards- only Master card and visa. (Not American Express)


Orders are being processed on our dedicated credit card payment gateway Allcharge. immediately once entered in our system, shipment is initiated once the order has been charged to your credit or debit card. Select your payment of choice at checkout screen once you filled your details.

The Xtreamer.net WebStore accepts a variety payment methods.

Some customers may qualify for other forms of payment. Please chat to an Xtreamer Representative or contact us by mail for more information.

When Xtreamer charges your account

Xtreamer.net receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s) utilzing Allcharge payment gateways. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.


What currencies do you accept?

For most products, the following billing currencies are available:

The Xtreamer.net lets you to perform currency exchange rate calculations, using live, up-to-the-minute mid-market currency rates.


How will I receive my invoice?

An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received. For orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online bank transfer), we will issue an invoice immediately. In any case, we will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address. The order documents are sent with the e-mail as PDF attachments.

In addition, you can view and print your order documents at any time after completing your order. Just log on to the secure "My Account" area. You will find an overview of your orders and all accompanying documents there.

PDF is short for 'Portable Document Format,' a multi-platform file format for documents. To be able to read PDF documents, you need Adobe© Reader©, which can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe.


Why was my payment declined?

Several reasons may have caused the payment for your order to be declined:

Credit card payment: After an internal review for protection against the illegal use of credit card data it was determined that your order cannot be processed any further.
Furthermore, your information may have been entered incorrectly, or there may have been technical problems during the transmission of your data resulting in your order not having been paid.

In all cases, Xtreamer.net will notify you of your order and payment status via e-mail.


What is this charge on my credit card /debit card statement?

You have placed an order for a product-via the Internet. Your credit card has been charged by Mvix Europe Ltd. You should have received a confirmation by e-mail at the time the credit card was charged.

Xtreamer.net handles payment processing for tens of thousands of customers via various payment systems.

To identify orders that are listed on your credit card statement, please go to your account and log in. If you still have questions about your credit card charge, please contact our customer service.


Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors

  • If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
  • Double check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number and expiration date.
  • Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
  • If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the back (Visa/MasterCard) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order — even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.


Refund Methods

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Xtreamer.net returns center. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

How can I cancel my order? I have already paid.

For questions about a cancellation, please contact our customer service in writing (by e-mail) and briefly explain why you would like to cancel the order. Go to contact form

Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. We will notify you of the result by e-mail. Any credit will be refunded to your credit/debit card.
